Our Policies
Pictures/Graphics All pictures and or graphics are sole property of Sew Fierce and or PappaShop. Any reproductions or "stealing" of pictures or graphics without expressed written consent from Sew Fierce is not permitted and will result in legal recourse.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you
are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within days in its original condition. We
will replace the item or issue a refund minus shipping fees.
Local Pickup:
After you have placed your order, I will contact you via email with a pickup date. There will be a grace period of 2 days from the
original date of pickup. If the item has not been picked up after the
grace period, the item will be restocked. Custom
orders for locals will require a non refundable deposit at the time of
order. The credit of the deposit will be subtracted from the total at
time of pickup.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged
shipments must be reported immediately to Sew Fierce via email. Please
include your order number and tracking number. We will contact the
carrier, and notify you of the procedures to return the item. A full
refund will be given or a replacement shipped once the damaged item is
received.
Incorrect Shipping
Information
If a package is returned to Sew Fierce due to an incorrect
shipping address provided by you the customer during the order checkout
process, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well
as the redelivery fee.
Payments/Security
We are Verified through Paypal. PayPal encrypts your confidential information using
the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). We take precautions to ensure that your confidential information
is routed to authorized computers only. Your name and personal
information will not be utilized in any manner
except for purchases from our website.
Paying by Personal Check or Money Order
All checks and Money Orders are to made out to Stephanie Darmock. Once your check or Money Order has been received and has cleared my bank I will then ship your order.
In the case of bounced checks: All bounced checks will result in a additional $25.00 fee to be paid along with your order payment by Paypal only before order will be shipped.
